8. Study end, and Reporting
Data transfer can be organized at a frequency agreed upon with the sponsor. We have the ability to store all the study data in one database and avoid the hassle for the client to deal with multiple vendors.
A study is successful when it is well conducted.
Results can be trusted and decisions can be taken without ambiguity. We aim at making every study successful.
Data quality
A successful study is also based on the quality of its data. A new product does not always work, but what is important, is to be sure about it. Nothing is worse that doubtful results, because they don’t allow to make a decision. Our algorithms are able to:
Check logic at capture, to avoid 90% of incorrect input,
Perform cleaning and auto-edit checks
Use dictionaries to homogenize content
Allow to solve queries in almost real time.
Accelerated database lock
Most of the time, 3 to 4 weeks are enough to lock the database after the last patient out. Since queries are resolved '“on the go”, only a few remain at the end. The amount of work at the end of the study is dramatically reduced, leading to shorter time and lower budget.
Analysis and reporting
In case the sponsor does not have internal capabilities, Healint’s data team is able to generate high quality reports in a matter of weeks. We can anticipate and preprogram biostatistical analyses. As per the client needs, we can generate regulatory-formatted clinical study reports and/or manuscripts.
