Healint provides a comprehensive dashboard for the sponsor to follow recruitment and data collection in real time. Blinded, or open studies, the information available in the dashboard is customizable.

We perform AI-based data cleaning, auto-edit checks and advanced query resolution in real time. We can generate alert systems to inform the sponsor or the trial unit of any event, any discrepancy or  any parameter that varies from plan.

At any time, the sponsor/CRO is able to follow the status of the study. Is the recruitment curve aligned with the projection ? We can slow down recruitment if sites are unable to handle the flow. We can speed it up if we want to finish the study earlier. The dashboard allows a very precise regulation of the subjects recruitment.

Our dashboard also allow to follow the study conduct and patient compliance to the protocol. A system of alert car be set up to inform the sponsor/CRO in case a patient deviates from the protocol, in order to contact her/him and provided necessary assistance. This is extremely useful to manage in real time, before a patient needs to be excluded for not having completed all the data points. Clients save a lot of time and budget by reducing the drop out rate.
