Responsibilities

  • Research, write, create and develop insightful, quality content for all marketing campaigns and social platforms

  • Help grow the app installs through Advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Itunes Search ads etc.)

  • Fine-tune, expand and monitor Migraine Buddy social media reach (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

  • Engage our target audience on various social media platforms. Reply to comments, messages, inquiries, compliments and complaints.

  • Research, identify and experiment with new and alternative social media strategies

  • Provide thoughtful, strategic insights into meet users needs

  • Plan, research and produce content that delivers value to our target audience

  • Thoroughly document issues, and devise solutions to prevent them from happening again

  • Proactively follow-up with users at every step

  • Other initiatives and duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Social media enthusiast with good understanding of digital marketing best practices and social media tool

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to put people at ease

  • Excellent analytical & organization skills and outstanding attention to detail.

  • Experience with design softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Canva) and proficient in Basic Office Tools.

  • Good research skills

  • Excited about the world of content

  • Great multi-tasker & a team player

  • Able, willing and excited to work in a fast paced collaborative team environment revolving around health-tech

  • Digital Marketing and Content Writing Experience would be a plus!
