Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and grow the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties.

  • Manage incoming media requests and build relationships with industry journalists; create, execute and measure media campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of online community management and content marketing.

  • Community management experience including managing User forums and emails.

  • Experience writing and maintaining blogs and newsletters.

  • Excellent understanding of various social media channels and appropriate content for marketing on them.

  • Experience with setting up and running customer support.

  • Ability to work analytically and creatively in a demanding team environment.

  • Previous experience with live streaming / video a huge plus.

Data Analytics and Visualization

 

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling and meaningful visualizations, either directly from programming language of choice (ex ggplot, matplotlib), with javascript (d3.js. …) or with dedicated software (Tableau).

  • Improve, refine and scale data management and analytics procedures, systems and workflows.

  • Apply statistical methods and develop algorithms that can extract actionable analysis from our data.

  • Handle a broad range of data requiring intelligent pre and post-processing.

  • Build and market data analytics expertise targeting the healthcare industry.

  • Drive the implementation of full-scale solutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma and above in relevant fields of study such as computer science, statistics.

  • Experience with data analysis processing language (Python).

  • In-depth understanding of data structures and algorithms.

  • Passion for Data Analytics, making data intelligible, getting more insights from the existing data.

  • Entrepreneurial, curious and passionate about data with the ability to link the dots and identify patterns from data.

Data Engineer

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and improve our existing web crawlers to achieve a systematic and regular. data acquisition and cleaning framework.

  • Create more/better ways to gather and organize relevant information.

  • Design, develop, and maintain our data infrastructure.

  • Optimization/modification of data flow/pipeline.

  • Make sure the end user of the data can query the data seamlessly for their use.

  • Explore/learn new technologies that can complement or replace our current technology stack.

  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with proven hands-on working experience with large-scale datasets.
  • Experience in web crawling.
  • Experience with cleaning and organizing free format data.
  • Meticulous working attitude.
  • Proficient in Python or R.
  • Self-starter, Natural planner who looks ahead, raises issues, resolves them, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing portfolio of email, SEO, paid digital marketing and social media campaigns.

  • Work in partnership with our team to build high-quality marketing campaigns.

  • Own and optimize everything – email marketing, SEO, paid digital marketing, conversion rate optimization.

  • Contribute to management-level discussions and be an advocate for growth across the entire organization.

  • Be measured on the number of new and returning leads, along with marketing’s overall contribution to pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing marketing automation tools.

  • Minimum 4 years previous marketing experience working closely with a sales team.

Key Account Manager

 

Responsibilities

  • Management of existing clients and strategic client development of (new) key accounts.

  • Key client servicing and relationship management, as well as being responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

  • Being in charge of and managing day-to-day business with key clients assigned and/or closed by you and your team.

  • Build, maintain and convert a cross- and up-selling sales pipeline into revenue.

  • Develop business proposals based on the clients´ requirements and business challenges.

  • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level.

  • Proactively lead Healint as brand ambassador and contribute concepts/ideas that will help increase Healint’s footprint.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven account management experience in the media or digital landscape and relationship building skills.
  • Be up to date with the latest trends in Digital Marketing and Product Development.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are detail-oriented, result-driven and a team player.
  • The ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Newsletters Producer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and organize newsletters; responsible for writing, story development and showcasing
  • Works closely with the team to determine content needs
  • Enhance content of the rundown with graphics, video, research, and station branding
  • Execute time sensitive decisions
  • Perform desktop editing
  • Perform other duties as assigned and needed

Requirements

  • Must be proficient with newsroom computer systems, MS Office a plus
  • Excellent conversational and creative writing skills
  • Must have strong communication and organization skills
  • Adaptable, self motivated and able to work in a face paced, deadline driven environment
  • Knowledge and demonstration of editorial judgement, journalistic ethics and libel laws
