Growth Marketer

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing portfolio of email, SEO, paid digital marketing and social media campaigns.

  • Work in partnership with our team to build high-quality marketing campaigns.

  • Own and optimize everything – email marketing, SEO, paid digital marketing, conversion rate optimization.

  • Contribute to management-level discussions and be an advocate for growth across the entire organization.

  • Be measured on the number of new and returning leads, along with marketing’s overall contribution to pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing marketing automation tools.

  • Minimum 4 years previous marketing experience working closely with a sales team.

  • Excellent analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience creating compelling B2B content.

  • Analytical: able to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and results.

  • Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios and in forecasting lead goals.

  • Previous startup experience a plus.
