We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Business Development Manager to manage the organisation of key client projects and to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our sales potential.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
Build, maintain and convert a cross- and up-selling sales pipeline into revenue
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Detail-oriented, result-driven and a team player
Previous experience in digital and/or healthcare is a plus
Previous startup experience is a plus.
