Reliable

Healint’s proprietary data collection tool has already been used in several studies. Some of them have been presented at congresses and published in scientific journals. Others are being used for regulatory submissions. Healint’s tool allow faster adjustment to the protocol (twice as fast as the competition). We built it in the form of modules that can be added, removed or customized for the purpose of the study. We also propose source data validation, to ensure reliability. We conduct fast reconciliation in case of illogic data entry. It saves a huge amount of time at the end of the study.

Smart Data Capture

Our data come from input from the participants (basic features + tailored for the study), and can be integrated from wearable devices. Our data is stored in a study-specific database, hosted in the cloud, with redundancy to ensure data safety.

We design our tools to be motivating and pleasant to use for the patients and for the investigators. The drop-out rate is low because participants understand their own benefit in participating in the study. They not only help Science, but also find a personal motivation to complete their data. We offer them reports and outputs that they can use for themselves outside the study (before, during and after).

Multi-channel Seamless Communication

We provide assistance to the patients and the investigators. We send reminders and motivational messages to keep the momentum and make sure patients stay motivated till the end of the study. Messages can be generic or personalized to fit with each participant situation. Our experience shows that these reminders have a strong positive impact on participant compliance and retention.

Smart e-consent

At healint, we know that patients want to be educated and learn about the study they participate in. If they understand the design and the objective, they will be more proactive in their participation. Adherence will he higher. With our e-consent, prospective candidates will have all the time they need to review carefully every aspect of the study.
We can incorporate multi-party consent: patient, sponsor, caregiver etc… If needed we can propose interactive questionnaires to ensure that study requirements are fully understood.
